Main Ingredients
- 🥛 70g silken tofu
- 🍄 50g enoki mushrooms
- 1 tsp dried wakame
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 400ml water
BƯỚC
Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms, cut them in half lengthwise, and separate the bottom half.
Cut the tofu into 1.5cm cubes.
In a pot, combine all seasonings (☆) and heat over medium heat until boiling. Add tofu and enoki mushrooms, then simmer on low heat for 1 minute until the enoki is cooked. Add wakame and heat over medium heat until it boils again.
