Meat
- 16 slices pork loin (thinly sliced)
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms (200g)
- 4 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp yakiniku sauce
BƯỚC
Trim the root ends of the enoki mushrooms. Thinly slice the shiso leaves.
Lay 2 slices of pork loin slightly overlapping in a vertical position. Place 1/8 of the enoki mushrooms on top and roll tightly from the bottom. Repeat to make 8 rolls. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then lightly coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook until browned, turning occasionally. Add 1 tbsp of water, cover, and steam over low heat for about 3 minutes.
Add sake and yakiniku sauce to the pan. Cook until the sauce thickens and coats the rolls.
Transfer the rolls to a serving plate and garnish with sliced shiso leaves.
