Main Ingredients
- 🍄 1-2 packs enoki mushrooms
- 1 sheet seaweed
- 4 tbsp cornstarch
- Adequate amount of cooking oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍅 1/2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp water
BƯỚC
Trim the base of the enoki mushrooms and prepare them for use.
Lay the seaweed sheet with the rough side facing up and place enoki mushrooms in a crisscross pattern.
Roll the mushrooms tightly using the seaweed sheet and seal the edge with water.
Slice the rolled mushrooms into thick pieces resembling scallops.
Coat each piece with cornstarch on both sides.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and fry the pieces until golden brown on both sides.
Mix soy sauce, water, minced garlic, oyster sauce, corn syrup, and ketchup to prepare the sauce.
Pour the sauce over the fried pieces and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Serve the enoki mushroom scallops hot and enjoy!
