Main Ingredients
- 2 sheets fish cake
- 🧀 2 slices cheese
- 🥚 1 egg
- A small amount of flour or tempura flour
- A small amount of breadcrumbs
- A small amount of parsley powder
Sauces
- 🍅 Ketchup as needed
- Tonkatsu sauce as needed
BƯỚC
Crack 1 egg and prepare egg wash. Add a pinch of salt if desired.
Cut one sheet of fish cake in half. Spread ketchup on one side, place a slice of cheese on top, and cover with the other half. Secure with a toothpick.
Coat the fish cake in flour, then dip in egg wash, and finally cover with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a pan over low heat. Fry until breadcrumbs turn golden brown.
Place the fried cutlet on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Sprinkle parsley powder on top and remove the toothpick before serving.
Drizzle tonkatsu sauce over the cutlet for added flavor.
