Vegetables
- 3 leaves (240g) napa cabbage
- 2 eringi mushrooms (80g)
- 20g frozen corn
Condiments
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
BƯỚC
Cut napa cabbage in half lengthwise, then slice into 1cm wide pieces. Slice eringi mushrooms in half lengthwise, then cut diagonally into 1cm wide pieces.
Heat butter in a frying pan over low heat until half melted. Add eringi mushrooms and stir-fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
Add frozen corn and napa cabbage, spreading them evenly. Cover with a lid and steam over medium-low heat for 1 minute.
Remove the lid, mix everything well, and add sake and soy sauce. Stir-fry briefly to combine flavors.
