Main Ingredients
- 🥛 75g silken tofu
- 🍄 1 eringi mushroom (40g)
- 1 tsp dried wakame
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 400ml water

Cut the eringi mushroom in half lengthwise, then slice thinly.

Cut the tofu into 1.5cm cubes.

Add all seasonings (☆) to a pot and heat over medium heat until boiling.

Add tofu and eringi to the pot and simmer for 1 minute.

Add dried wakame and bring to a quick boil.
