Protein
- 1 fish sausage
- 1 mentaiko (50g)
Vegetables
- 1/2 lotus root (about 100g)
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Condiments
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🥛 2 tsp milk
BƯỚC
Peel the lotus root and slice it into 5mm thin slices. Soak in water to remove excess starch, then drain. Place the lotus root in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Slice the fish sausage diagonally into 5mm thin slices.
Make a slit in the mentaiko skin and extract the contents.
In a bowl, mix the mentaiko, mayonnaise, and milk until well combined.
Add the cooled lotus root and fish sausage to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
