- 300g silken tofu
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 4 crab sticks
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧅 chopped green onion, as needed
Sweet and Sour Sauce
- 4 tbsp pickled shallot vinegar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 60ml water
- 2 tsp cornstarch
BƯỚC
In a bowl, whisk silken tofu until smooth. Add eggs, sake, and salt, and mix well. Tear crab sticks into pieces and add them to the mixture.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan. Pour in the mixture, cover, and steam-fry over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes. Flip onto a plate, return to the pan, and cook the other side until golden. Transfer to a serving plate.
Wipe excess oil from the pan with a paper towel. Add the sauce ingredients and heat while stirring until thickened.
Pour the sweet and sour sauce over the tofu and garnish with chopped green onions.
