- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 0.5 tbsp perilla oil

Disinfect the water parsley by soaking it in water with a few drops of vinegar for 15–30 minutes.

Rinse the parsley under running water, remove tough stems, and cut into 3cm pieces.

Prepare the seasoning by mixing soy sauce, chili powder, plum extract, sugar, and vinegar.

Pour the seasoning over the parsley and gently mix. Add perilla oil and mix lightly. Add more chili powder if needed.
