Flour
- 🌾 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Oil
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
Seasoning
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 1/2 tbsp water
