- 1 pack pea shoots (250g)

Cooking
- 2 tbsp salad oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Dressing
- 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 2 tsp fish sauce

- 1 tbsp olive oil
