    • 1 pack enoki mushrooms
    • 4 shiitake mushrooms
  • Vegetables

    • 1/2 green onion, sliced
  • Seasoning

    • Cornstarch as needed

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1.5 tsp Japanese dashi powder
    • 200ml water
    • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Wrap tofu in paper towels, microwave uncovered at 600W for 2 minutes, let cool, cut into 6 pieces, and coat with cornstarch.

Heat 1cm of salad oil in a pan to 170°C, fry tofu until crispy, turning occasionally.

Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl, add mushrooms and green onion, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
