Fish
- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillets
Vegetables
- 🍅 100g diced tomato
- 🧅 50g minced onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Coating
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
Dressing
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
BƯỚC
Dice the tomato into 5mm cubes and mince the onion. Soak the onion in water and drain thoroughly.
Mix the diced tomato, minced onion, and dressing ingredients in a bowl to prepare the tomato dressing.
Pat the yellowtail fillets dry with a paper towel, cut into quarters, and season both sides with salt and pepper. Coat both sides with cornstarch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C (1cm depth) and fry the yellowtail until golden brown on both sides.
Plate the fried yellowtail and drizzle with the tomato dressing.
