- 🍜 1 pack of frozen udon noodles
Seafood
- 🐚 200g purged clams
Vegetables
- 🌿 1 tsp dried wakame
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Oil & Seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sliced chili
- 🧂 Salt to taste
Liquids
- 🍶 2 tbsp sake
- 💧 300ml water

Slice the garlic thinly.

Heat olive oil, garlic, and chili in a pot over low heat and sauté.

Add clams and sake, cover the pot, and steam for 1.5 minutes until the clams open.

Add water and wakame, bring to a boil over medium heat, and skim off any foam.
