- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce

Mince the garlic. Boil water in a pot and cook spaghetti 1 minute less than package instructions. Reserve 2 tbsp of pasta water and drain the rest.

Heat sesame oil and minced garlic in a frying pan over medium heat until fragrant. Add the cooked spaghetti, reserved pasta water, and concentrated soy sauce. Mix well.
