- 🍋 1 wedge lemon
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sake
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger

- 3 tbsp potato starch

- Enough salad oil for frying

Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Place the octopus and seasonings (soy sauce, sake, garlic, ginger) into a plastic bag, massage thoroughly, and let marinate for 5 minutes. Add potato starch and shake to coat evenly.
Heat salad oil to 170°C in a pot, ensuring the oil is about 3cm deep. Fry the coated octopus pieces for about 3 minutes until golden and crispy.
Serve on a plate and garnish with a lemon wedge.
