Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🧄 10 cloves garlic, sliced
- 🧅 1/4 piece onion, chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
BƯỚC
Slice garlic into thin pieces and chop onion, yellow bell pepper, and red bell pepper.
Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a pan over low heat and slowly cook the sliced garlic until golden brown.
Add chopped onion and bell peppers to the pan and stir-fry until the onion becomes translucent.
Add 1 bowl of cooked rice and 1 tbsp oyster sauce to the pan. Stir and break up the rice to mix evenly.
In a separate pan, fry an egg until the yolk is slightly runny.
Serve the fried rice in a bowl, top with the fried egg, and garnish with sesame oil and sesame seeds.
