- Pinch of black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Place the chicken thigh skin-side down and make several cuts with a knife. Cut it in half.
Put the chicken and seasonings (garlic, salt, black pepper, olive oil) into a plastic bag and massage well. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Place the marinated chicken skin-side up on a fish grill and cook for 7–8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
