Main Ingredients
- 🦐 10-11 cleaned shrimp
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp white wine
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp red ginseng extract
Seasoning
- 1 chopped green chili
- 1 chopped red chili
- 🧄 3 tbsp minced garlic
- 8 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
BƯỚC
Rinse the cleaned shrimp under running water 2-3 times.
Marinate the shrimp in white wine for 2 minutes, then season lightly with salt and pepper.
Chop the green chili and red chili finely.
Mix the chopped chilies, minced garlic, mayonnaise, and sugar in a bowl.
Heat a pan with olive oil until warm, then turn off the heat and place the shrimp in the pan.
Turn the heat back on and cook the shrimp for 2 minutes on each side.
Add the garlic mayo sauce to the pan and cook the shrimp for another 2 minutes on each side.
Add the red ginseng extract and cook for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens.
Plate the shrimp neatly and garnish with parsley flakes.
