- 🧄 2 garlic bulbs
- 1 chili pepper

- 3 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 100g miso
BƯỚC
Peel the garlic, remove the thin skin, and cut off the root ends. Remove seeds from the chili pepper.
Boil water in a pot, add the garlic, and cook for about 2 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Place mirin in a microwave-safe container, heat uncovered at 600W for 30 seconds, and let cool.
Mix mirin, sugar, and miso in a storage bag. Add garlic and chili pepper, massage to combine. Seal the bag while removing air and refrigerate for about 1 week.
