- 50g dried shirasu
Vegetables
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sliced chili
Oil
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Pinch of pepper

Cut the tofu into four equal pieces. Mince the garlic after removing its core.
