- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetable
- 🎃 400g sliced pumpkin
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
BƯỚC
Slice the pumpkin thinly and place it in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Slice the garlic thinly.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until the garlic turns golden brown. Remove the garlic and add the pork. Cook until the pork changes color, then use a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Add the pumpkin to the pan and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add the combined seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce) and the garlic, then stir-fry together.
