- 80g burdock root

Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 400ml water
Garnish
- 🌿 Pinch of chopped parsley
BƯỚC
Scrape the skin off the burdock root using the back of a knife, then cut slits into it. Thinly slice the burdock root into shavings while rotating it, and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain well.
Cut the bacon into 1cm wide strips.
Heat butter in a pot over medium heat, add bacon, and sauté briefly. Add burdock root and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
Add the seasoning ingredients (consomme, salt, pepper, and water) and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer over low heat for 5–7 minutes until the burdock root softens.
Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped parsley.
