Trim the ends of the green beans and cut them into 3cm pieces. Boil water in a pot, add the green beans, and cook for about 1 minute. Drain and rinse under cold water, then remove excess moisture.
Cut the imitation crab sticks in half and gently shred them.
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ponzu sauce, salt, pepper, and sesame oil. Add the green beans and imitation crab, then toss to combine.
