- 🍀 80g green beans
- 🧅 15g minced green onion
Condiments
- 20g chopped Zha Cai
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
BƯỚC
Trim the ends of the green beans and cut them in half. Place them in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Rinse under cold water and let cool. Mince the green onion and roughly chop the Zha Cai.
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
