    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • 2 1/2 tbsp miso

Mix the miso marinade ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, miso) in a bowl.

Spread half of the miso marinade in a tray, place the yellowtail fillets on top, and coat them with the remaining marinade. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Lightly wipe off excess marinade from the fillets and place them in the pan. Cook for 2 minutes until browned.
