- 🍚 2 bowls (300g) of cooked white rice
Seafood
- 1 piece of tarako (cod roe)
Seasoning
- 1 packet (4g) of bonito flakes
- 🧂 2 tsp of soy sauce
Oil
- 2 tsp of salad oil

Cut the skin of the tarako and extract the roe. Spread half of the cooked white rice on plastic wrap, place the tarako on top, and wrap it into a ball.

Brush both sides of the rice ball with soy sauce and salad oil. Grill in a toaster for about 10 minutes. Place on a plate and sprinkle with bonito flakes.
