- 🐟 2 slices yellowtail
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, cut into 3cm pieces
- 2 shishito peppers, slit
Condiments
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Shichimi togarashi to taste

Cut the yellowtail into bite-sized pieces. Slice the green onion into 3cm pieces. Make slits in the shishito peppers.
Thread the ingredients onto skewers.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and shichimi togarashi to create a spicy mayo sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the skewers and cook until browned. Flip and cook on low heat for 5 minutes until fully cooked.
Serve the skewers on a plate with the spicy mayo sauce on the side.
