BƯỚC
Pierce the mentaiko with a skewer to create small holes.
Place the hanpen in a plastic bag and knead until smooth.
In a bowl, mix the hanpen, sugar, sake, and salt. Crack in the eggs and mix until smooth to create the egg mixture.
Pour the egg mixture into a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Stir the mixture, press the mentaiko into the center, cover with more egg mixture, and flatten.
Microwave again for 1–1.5 minutes. Remove, wrap in plastic wrap, shape, and let cool.
