Main Ingredients
- 40g harusame (glass noodles)
- 🥒 1 cucumber (100g), julienned
- 4 tbsp tenkasu (tempura bits)
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
BƯỚC
Place the harusame in a heatproof bowl and cover with boiling water. Let it sit for 6–7 minutes, then drain and toss with sesame oil. Allow it to cool slightly.
Trim the ends of the cucumber and julienne it into thin strips.
Combine the cooled harusame, cucumber, and the ☆ seasonings (ponzu soy sauce and grated ginger) in a bowl. Mix well.
Transfer the salad to a serving dish and sprinkle with tenkasu (tempura bits).
