Shrimp
- 🦐 200g peeled shrimp
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- a pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
BƯỚC
Wash the peeled shrimp and pat dry. Roughly chop and pound with a knife until sticky.
Place the shrimp in a bowl and add the seasoning ingredients. Mix until sticky to form the sausage mixture.
Place half of the mixture on a piece of plastic wrap, shape it into a long sausage, and twist the ends to seal. Repeat to make two sausages. Microwave on a heatproof plate at 600W for 1.5–2 minutes. Let cool and remove the plastic wrap.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the shrimp sausages, rolling them until golden brown. Let cool slightly and cut into bite-sized pieces.
