- 🥚 3 eggs
Toppings
- 1 tbsp soy-marinated ikura
- Chervil, as needed
Seasoning
- 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A dash of pepper
- A dash of chopped parsley
BƯỚC
Place eggs in a pot and cover with water. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 10–12 minutes. Remove eggs and cool in cold water. Peel the shells.
Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks into a bowl.
Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and parsley to the yolks. Mash and mix until smooth.
Spoon the yolk mixture evenly into the egg whites. Top with ikura and garnish with chervil.
