    • 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
    • 🧂 1/3 tsp salt

Cut bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds, and slice thinly. Slice shiitake mushrooms thinly and cut ito konnyaku into bite-sized pieces.

In a frying pan, dry-fry ito konnyaku over low heat for about 2 minutes. Add sesame oil, crumble tofu by hand, and cook until browned.
