- 1 pack (200g) ito konnyaku
- 1/3 stalk green onion
- 1 can (70g) water-packed tuna
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Pinch of salt and pepper
BƯỚC
Cut the green onion lengthwise into halves and slice thinly at an angle.
Boil ito konnyaku in a pot with enough water to cover. Once boiling, cook for 3 minutes. Drain and cut into bite-sized lengths.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ito konnyaku and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add tuna and green onion, stir briefly, then add the seasonings and mix well.
