- 1/2 bunch chrysanthemum greens
- 🌱 3 slices ginger
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 💧 500ml water
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper

Separate chrysanthemum stems and leaves, then cut into 3cm pieces. Slice ginger into thin strips.

In a pot, add clams and seasoning ingredients (sake, water, salt, pepper). Heat until boiling, then simmer over medium heat until clams open.

Add chrysanthemum stems and cook for about 1 minute.

Add chrysanthemum leaves and cook briefly. Serve in bowls and garnish with ginger strips.
