- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 🥦 Boiled broccoli, as needed
- 🍅 Mini tomatoes, as needed

- 35g curry roux, minced
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 50cc water

- 🍚 Cooked rice, as needed
- 🥚 Boiled egg, as needed
BƯỚC
Mince the curry roux into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix ground meat, minced onion, curry roux, and all condiments (sake, mirin, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and water).
Cover the bowl loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 10 minutes. Stir well and let cool.
Assemble the bento by placing rice, boiled egg, mini tomatoes, and broccoli in the container. Top with the cooled keema curry.
