Main Ingredients
- 100g seared katsuo
- 🧀 30g processed cheese, diced
- 🥬 40g salad spinach
- 🍅 1/2 tomato, chopped
- 1 tbsp salt kombu
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Cut the tomato into bite-sized pieces and dice the processed cheese into 1cm cubes.

Mix the seasoning ingredients (ponzu, ginger, sesame seeds, sesame oil) in a bowl. Add the seared katsuo and let it marinate for 5 minutes.

Add the remaining ingredients (spinach, tomato, cheese, salt kombu) to the bowl and toss gently.
