- 20g kiriboshi daikon
- 2 tbsp dried wakame

- 50g kimchi

Wash kiriboshi daikon and soak it in water for 15 minutes. Squeeze out excess water and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Place dried wakame in a bowl and rehydrate it according to package instructions. Drain excess water.
