- 500g frozen dumplings

Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic

Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl until the sugar dissolves completely.
Pan-fry the frozen dumplings in a lightly oiled pan until golden and crispy on both sides.
In another pan, lightly oil and stir-fry chopped vegetables (e.g., onion, carrot, green onion) until partially cooked.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan with vegetables and simmer on low heat until slightly thickened.
Drizzle the kkanpung sauce over the crispy dumplings and serve immediately.
