Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 piece (300g) chicken thigh
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- As needed salad oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Marinade
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Kochu Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp water

Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces, ensuring even thickness.
Place the chicken in a bowl, add the marinade ingredients, and massage. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Mix the Kochu sauce ingredients in a container.
Combine flour and potato starch in a bowl, then coat the chicken pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C and fry the chicken until cooked through.
Toss the fried chicken in a bowl with the Kochu sauce and white sesame seeds until evenly coated.
