- 150g komatsuna, washed and trimmed

- 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Wash the komatsuna and trim the roots. Cut into 3cm pieces. Place the komatsuna and 1 tbsp of water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Rinse under cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Cut the hanpen in half, then slice each half into 1cm thick pieces.
Make a slit in the mentaiko and extract the contents.
In a bowl, mix the mentaiko and mayonnaise well. Add the komatsuna and hanpen, and toss to combine.
