- 🍚 2 bowls (300g) of cooked white rice

- 1/2 bunch of chopped komatsuna
Seafood
- 20g of shirasu
Seasoning
- 🌰 1 tsp of toasted white sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp of sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp of soy sauce

Chop the komatsuna finely. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then add komatsuna, shirasu, and toasted sesame seeds. Stir-fry until the komatsuna becomes tender.
