Wrap the silken tofu in kitchen paper, place it in a microwave-safe container, and heat at 600W for 3 minutes without covering. Drain excess water and let it cool.

Cut the root ends off the komatsuna and chop into bite-sized pieces. Place in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1.5 minutes. Drain and squeeze out excess water. Cut the tomato into 2cm cubes after removing the stem.

In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients (chicken stock powder, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sesame seeds). Crumble the tofu by hand into the bowl, then add the komatsuna, tomato, and shirasu. Toss gently to combine.
