NGUYÊN LIỆU
Vegetables
- 🎃 4 slices (120g) thinly sliced pumpkin
- 🌱 6 pieces okra
Seasoning
- 1 piece kombu
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tsp salt
- 💧 100 ml water
- 🍶 100 ml vinegar
- 🥢 1 tsp soy sauce

Rub okra with salt and rinse under water. Cut pumpkin into halves, place on a heatproof plate, sprinkle with 1 tbsp water, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
