- 1/2 sheet (150g) konjac
Seafood
- 2 chikuwa
Condiment
- 2 tbsp concentrated men tsuyu
- Sliced red chili, to taste
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Garnish
- 1 tsp toasted white sesame seeds

Cut konjac into 5mm slices, make a slit in the center, and blanch briefly.
Slice chikuwa lengthwise in half, then cut diagonally.
Heat a frying pan and dry-fry konjac over medium heat to remove excess moisture, then set aside.
In the same pan, heat sesame oil, then stir-fry konjac, chikuwa, and red chili until evenly coated with oil.
Add men tsuyu and stir-fry until everything is well combined. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
