Main Ingredients
- 140g konjac
- 200g lotus root
- 1/2 bunch mitsuba
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp yuzu pepper
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
BƯỚC
Cut the lotus root into thin slices after halving it lengthwise. Soak in water for 5 minutes and drain.
Trim the mitsuba roots and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Score the konjac with a grid pattern and tear into bite-sized pieces.
Boil the konjac in water for 2 minutes and drain.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the konjac and lotus root over medium heat.
Once the lotus root becomes translucent, add the seasoning ingredients and stir-fry until well combined. Serve on a plate and garnish with mitsuba.
