Preheat the takoyaki pan and spread 1.5 tbsp of salad oil using a paper towel. Pour the batter into the molds, add konjac cubes, green onion, pickled ginger, and tempura flakes. Cook until the edges set, then fold in the overflowed batter and roll using skewers.

Serve on a plate, brush with takoyaki sauce, and sprinkle bonito flakes and seaweed powder.
