Vegetables
- 1 piece (300g) konjac
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
Toppings
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🧀 1 tbsp powdered cheese
Sauce
- 🐟 1 can tuna
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (2x concentrated)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Pinch of pepper
BƯỚC
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Tear konjac into bite-sized chunks by hand.
Boil water in a pot. Cook broccoli for 2 minutes, then remove. Add konjac and boil for 1 minute. Drain well.
Mix all sauce ingredients (☆) in a bowl.
Arrange broccoli and konjac in a heatproof dish. Pour the sauce over them and smooth with a spoon.
Top with breadcrumbs and powdered cheese. Bake in a toaster oven for 5 minutes until golden brown.
