- 100g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 1/4 red bell pepper
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 🍄 50g shimeji mushrooms
Noodles
- 50g glass noodles
Seasoning
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Gochujang Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
BƯỚC
Prepare the glass noodles by soaking them in hot water until softened.
Slice the red bell pepper, green onion, and shimeji mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the gochujang sauce ingredients (gochujang, sake, soy sauce, sugar) in a small bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry the sliced pork until cooked through.
Add the vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until slightly softened.
Add the softened glass noodles and the prepared gochujang sauce to the pan. Stir-fry until everything is well combined and heated through.
