- 1 cup julienned radish
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
Liquid
- 💧 3 cups water
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp perilla powder
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
BƯỚC
Add julienned radish to a pot, then season with 1/2 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp sesame oil. Stir-fry until the radish releases some moisture.
Pour 3 cups of water into the pot and bring to a boil. The broth will turn milky even with plain water.
Once the radish is cooked, add 3 tbsp of perilla powder to the soup.
Slice 1 stalk of green onion and add it to the soup. Adjust the seasoning with salt.
Simmer briefly and transfer the soup to serving bowls.
